The Master
A vampire trapped underground. He tries to reach the upper world by breaking through the hellmouth. This would cause hell to be unleashed on earth. He has the power to hypnotise his victims to prevent them from attacking or escaping. |
Season 2
Angelus
Previousely known as Liam. Was sired and became Angelus. A gypsy tribe put a curse on him so that he would have his soul, but would loose it if he experiences even one moment of pleasure. He lost it after a night with Buffy. In his past, he travelled around the world with Darla, Drusilla and Spike. |

The Mayor
The Mayor desires power. He desires to be transformed into a powerful demon at his Acension. Until then, he is immortal. Mr Trick previousely worked for him, but then came Faith who could do all he asked. At the Sunnydale High graduation day, he transforms destroying the high school for good. |
Season 4
Adam
Prof. Maggie Walsh of the Initiative created Adam. He is made out of demon and human parts, but instantly killed Maggie after his awakening. He studies biology on demons and has heavy armor. He has a knife like items and guns in his hand. Some of him is made out of machine parts. |

Glory
A hell god who is trapped in the mortal relm. She shares a body with Ben, a doctor. To regain her strength, she brain sucks her victims. This drives them insane. Her plan is to open the hellmouth with 'the key' to return to her home. |
Season 6
Evil Willow
Willow goes to the dark side after the death of her girlfriend Tara. She kills Warren Meers by flaying him alive, then sets out to destroy the rest of the previous trio. She loses herself after taking too much power and tries to make it go away by destroying the world, when only emotions can stop her. |

The First
The First doesn't have a true form. It uses the form of people who have died to manipulate its victims. It cannot directly attack its victims, but it has followers called Harbringers. |
